FULL MOUTH IMPLANT REHABILITATION
Our Patient age 55, visited us with the complaint of multiple missing teeth in the upper and lower jaws and wanted a fixed replacement for the same. After the Blood investigations and Diagnostic procedures, it was concluded that she would require a FULL MOUTH IMPLANT REHABILITATION with 4 implants in the Upper Arch ( ALL ON 4) as the upper posterior bone availability was not adequate, and 6 implants in the Lower Arch. After precise planning, extraction of the existing teeth and immediate implants placement were done in the upper and the lower jaws. Bone grafting were done wherever required.
After Implant Osseointegration period of 6 months, upper FIXED IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURE (ALL ON 4) and lower FIXED IMPLANT SUPPORTED BRIDGE was fabricated and fixed for the patient.
